Brazilian agribusiness exports had a record-breaking performance this year. 

Despite all the complications caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, Brazilian agribusiness has been breaking records in production and exports.

In the accumulated of the year 2022, Brazilian exports of agriculture reach a remarkable value of US$ 136.10 billion, an increase of 33% compared to the same period last year. 

Brazil is one of the largest exporters of a wide variety of foods and its agribusiness exported in October a record of US$ 14.25 billion, 61.3% more than in October 2021, according to the balance sheet released by the Ministry of Agriculture. 

The volume rose 38.9% and prices 16.1%. Imports of agricultural products totaled US$ 1.43 billion in October, 2% above October 2021. 

In the accumulated of the year, Brazil agribusiness exports saw an increase of 33% in comparison to the same period last year, and this is figure is likely to increase.
