Aston Martin in the world of real estate

Thanks to its collaboration with the Japanese concierge leader VIBROA, the ultra-luxury British performance brand has revealed the first luxury home in Asia to be designed by Aston Martin. 

The collaboration between the two luxury brands commences with the design and construction of № 001 Minami Aoyama, an extraordinary private home in the highly desirable Omotesando area of Minami Aoyama, which is renowned as one of Tokyo’s foremost architectural and style centers. 

Features of the luxury home 

Working with a local architect, the exterior design of the four-storey home, the interior styling of the property, and carefully selected furniture are led by Aston Martin’s acclaimed designers. 

All in all, the impressions of the home, feature an automotive gallery, wine cellar, gym, home cinema, and private spa, with Aston Martin’s design principles recognized throughout the property. 

The four-storey home, which is Aston Martin’s first real estate design collaboration in Asia, is complete with a roof terrace and extraordinary views of Tokyo and is already sold to a private buyer. This home is scheduled for completion in November 2023. 

Outside the building, is a striking architectural form with clean lines and seamless boundaries so the residents can connect with and experience this unique location. And on the inside is a holistic combination of elements and materials used to create a calm and relaxing space for the residents to retreat. 

It was said that the influence of Tokyo culture, with its amazing history and style, holds an important creative space within Aston Martin’s design studio. And this collaboration with VIBROA is like returning the favor.
